How do I know a campaign on LifelineX is genuine?

Every active campaign on LifelineX undergoes verification by our medical review team. We check hospital documents, doctor's reports, medical bills, and the beneficiary's identity. Verified campaigns display a green 'Verified' badge. We also perform periodic updates on the patient's recovery status which are visible on each campaign.

How long does it take to receive the funds raised?

Funds are disbursed within 24 to 48 hours of a payout request being approved. In critical/urgent medical cases, we prioritize same-day disbursal. Payouts go directly to the hospital's bank account (preferred for transparency) or to the beneficiary's verified bank account.

You will need: (1) Patient's Aadhaar/ID proof, (2) Doctor's prescription or medical report describing the diagnosis, (3) Hospital bill or cost estimate on hospital letterhead, (4) The beneficiary's bank account details for disbursal. If any document is missing, our team will guide you through it.

You receive whatever is raised — there is no 'all or nothing' rule on LifelineX. Even partial funds go directly to the patient's treatment. Many families raise 30-70% of their goal and use it toward initial surgery, chemotherapy cycles or hospital deposits while continuing to fundraise.
